Return and Refund Policy

Digital Products

Our digital books are supplied as PDF downloads. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not normally offer refunds once the digital file has been delivered and downloaded.

If you experience a problem with your download or believe the file you received is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Printed Books

If your printed book arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

We do not normally accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
